Billboards as very useful thing: IBM outdoor ads are Brilliant!

IBM has released a series of outside advertisements that double as functional areas for the ‘People For Smarter Cities Project.’ The project was created in collaboration with Ogilvy & Mather France, is to urge people and regional leaders to think about how you can make their neighborhoods ‘smarter’.
